Experience the Vestdijk

This project started with a major air-quality problem on the Vestdijk in Eindhoven. The city council had to take measures in order to reduce traffic by 50% on this street. But reducing to half of the normal traffic intensity through the city centre was of course a controversial plan. A lot of people use the Vestdijk to get to work, to the trainstation or to go shopping. That’s why the city council of Eindhoven asked us to create an online participation tool in order to create as much support for the project as possible.

In corporation with our partner GriDD, which specializes in communication media, we built a VR-model of the Vestdijk along with a website in order to reach as much stakeholders as possible.
